Roger, Debra and daughter Lauren Talley are a musical family devoted to God and each other. While their roots are in southern gospel music, the east Tennessee family has developed a unique, progressive sound that combines southern gospel with praise and worship, hymns, and many other styles. The hallmarks of the "Talley" sound are their lush arrangements, closely-knit harmonies, and powerful vocals. The Talley Trio has enjoyed six number one singles, including three hits, “I Love The Lord,” “The Healer,” and “The Answer is Christ,” from the 2002 recording, Hope for Tomorrow. Regularly seen with the Gaither Homecoming Tour, the Talley’s have received many highly coveted awards including a 2000 SGMA award for Album of the Year (Testament) and a 2002 BMI award for Song of the Year (“Testify”).
